Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 10 amβ8:30 pm. It is closed on Tuesday. San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around San Francisco is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We stumbled upon this place while exploring Chinatown as tourists, hoping to try some authentic Chinese food. The restaurant was packed, which gave us a good feeling, and it definitely did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The beef with broccoli was tender, the noodles were delicious, and every bite felt homemade. Great portions, friendly service, and an authentic atmosphere. One of our favorite meals in San Francisco. Highly recommend if youβre looking for real, delicious Chinese food!

This place is in the heart of china town, and the portion sizes are very large. You can order from a table so there is not language barrier there for English speakers. The service itself was okay. It was a bit slow, and they didnβt really have a place for me to sit down, so I had to clear my own space. The food itself was subpar at best. I expected much better for an βauthenticβ experience in China town.

The food is pretty ok. I never had soup with chicken feet but this one is quite good. I had Hainanese and Duck rice place, ginger rice glutinous sesame rice balls. I really want to support local small business. But Just like many family owned business, this place is not being kept up with its time. When I was there during dinner time, the older gentleman presuming the owner was just hanging out with his friends who are having dinner. There were unclean tables, a bucket of cleaning solution on another table (then got move under the table), another table has dirty dishes on it and was never clean out I was there (40min). He just let the young person to run the service, taking orders, preparing drinksβ¦ π€― The store ran out of space, it just culminating stuff. There were two bottles of chili sauce at my table that are so old that the sauce is dry out and turn brown. I honestly like Canton pop but the music coming out of the TV was just way too loud. This place needs a management upgrade.
